Shipping and Returns

We try to keep this simple. Real terms, in plain language. If anything here isn't clear, message us — we'll explain it without the fine print.

Section 1: Shipping

Where we ship

We ship to ALL countries. If you don't see your location, get in touch — we may still be able to help.

Delivery time 

Most orders ship within 3-4 Business Days of being placed and arrive within 7-14 Days after that. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it's on the way.

Shipping cost 

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address. Shipping varies. 

Damaged or wrong items

If your bed arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 Days of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right — by replacement or refund, whichever you prefer.

Section 2: Returns

Our return policy

You can return your bed within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

What we need 

The bed should be clean and in resaleable condition. A short note about why it didn't work out (this helps us improve). Original packaging if you still have it — but don't worry if you don't.

How returns work

Contact us at orders@tempurpups.com to start a return. We'll send you mailing address. Once your bed arrives back with us, we'll process the refund within 5-7 Business Days, and you'll see it on your original payment method shortly after.

Return shipping cost

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

Need a different size or model? Just message us. We'll arrange the swap and make sure your dog gets the right fit.

Section 3: A note from us

Returns happen — that's part of selling beds online. We'd rather you have the right bed for your dog than a wrong one sitting in a closet. If something isn't working out, just tell us. We'll figure it out together.
